Our commitment

We want every BubbleFect order to reach you in perfect condition and perform as expected. If something goes wrong, we will do our best to make it right.

Research use only products

All PartitionBio products including BubbleFect, BubbleFect Booster, BubbleFect Enhancer and BubbleFect Buffer are sold for research use only. They are biological reagents intended for use by qualified scientific personnel in laboratory settings.

Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been compromised during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at contact@partitionbio.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging where possible

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Product performance issues

If BubbleFect does not perform as expected, please contact our scientific team before assuming the product is defective. Many transfection issues can be resolved through protocol optimisation, titration adjustment, or cell-type specific guidance. Our team is always happy to help troubleshoot.

If after troubleshooting we determine the product is at fault, we will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Returns on unopened products

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they have been stored correctly and the packaging is intact. Please contact us at contact@partitionbio.co.uk before returning any product to obtain a return authorisation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Products we cannot accept returns on

Due to the nature of biological reagents, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products that have not been stored according to the conditions stated on the label or MSDS

  • Products returned without prior authorisation

  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Custom or specially manufactured orders

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at contact@partitionbio.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled — please refer to the returns policy above.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
